You guys asked, so I’m putting both my Addressing Syllabus and template I use as downloadable! The syllabus cover all the basics about envelope, paper, ink, stamps, stuffing, and other good measures for mailing your own calligraphy address. There are three templates I use regularly; one for all calligraphy addressing and two for name calligraphy with small lettering for the address.

Both syllabus and templates are meant to be printed on 8.5”x11” paper. I recommend printing the templates on cardstock for durability.
